According to The Wall Street Journal, in 2014, more than 14,700 yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance, the nation’s largest yoga-teacher registry. Industry leaders estimate that just as many people completed teacher training but didn’t register as teachers. With the growth of interest in becoming a 200 HR RYT yoga teacher, and completing modules within a 500 HR RYT program, as well as CEC credits, it is essential that your RYS stand out. It is very easy today to create a 200 HR Registered Yoga School, by simply following the curriculum guidelines, which is why you want your curriculum to be unique, and truly give your students something tangible they can use after they receive their certification.
